Each item is unique and may have small variations in color, size, or shape — this is part of its handmade charm.

Because of this, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items.

I pack every order very carefully  to make sure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact me within 7 days after delivery.
Send me a photo of the damage and your order number. I will do my best to find a fair solution — this may be a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
